In this responsible position, you represent Bernd Gruber's retail division as the sole contact person. Together with your team, you will equip our projects with exquisite merchandise, negotiate our conditions with well-known interior design suppliers, design furnishing concepts with customers and give projects the Bernd Gruber signature.
Tiefgehendes Know How über Handelsware im Interior Design
Experience in the customer area, a high level of personal responsibility and ambitious goals
5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the field of interior design
Technical training (LAP carpenter, HTL, interior design studies ...)
Digital affinity (MS Office, ERP, optionally also planning skills e.g. ArchiCAD)
Excellent German and business fluent English skills (Italian or other are an advantage)
You oversee the trading agendas of all projects, from the selection to the checking of the logistics, and also advise internally on the merchandise
You handle projects with a retail focus completely independently (customer discussion, planning, calculation, presentation, negotiation)
You look after existing and acquire new customers in the retail sector
You look after suppliers and are responsible for single item acquisition
You are responsible for after sales & complaint management in the area of merchandise
You lead a motivated team (processing, front desk ...)
